Welcome to your personal command centre in the Kagodora cosmos. This planner helps you organise your tasks, track your mood and habits, keep a journal, manage finances, and more – all aligned with the Kagodora timeline (Rays, Turns, Rings). No Gregorian dates, just your journey through the stars.

🌌 Setting Your Timeline (Rays, Turns, Rings)
The planner uses the Kagodora calendar – no months or weeks. Instead, you choose:
- Ray (e.g., Ray 1 to Ray 12) – a major cycle.
- Turn (e.g., Turn 1 to Turn 50) – a smaller unit inside a Ray.
- Ring (e.g., Ring 1 to Ring 4) – a sub‑cycle.
- Optional Timestamp – add a free‑text note like “Morning” or “Harvest Moon”.
How to use it:
At the top of the planner, select your current Ray, Turn, and Ring from the dropdowns. Add an optional timestamp. Click “Set Timeline”. Everything you create (tasks, journal entries, etc.) will be saved under that timeline reference.
You can switch timelines at any time – each timeline has its own set of tasks and records.

📌 Important: The journal entry in the Ultimate Planner awards the same 20 points as the simple journal form. You can only earn points once per day – using either journal. So write something meaningful every day!
All points are managed by myCred and appear in your Points Wallet ( Please log in to see your wallet.
💾 Where is my data saved?
- Tasks, Kanban boards, mood logs, finance entries, health records – stored in your browser’s local storage. They stay on that device.
- Journal entries – saved both locally and to the Kagodora website database. This means your journal entries are backed up and you can view them even if you clear your browser cache. They also earn you points.
🧭 Tips for Getting the Most Out of It
- Set your timeline first – then add tasks for that specific Turn/Ray.
- Use the Eisenhower Matrix – drag tasks into the four boxes to prioritise:
- Urgent & Important → Do now.
- Not Urgent but Important → Schedule.
- Urgent but Not Important → Delegate.
- Not Urgent & Not Important → Eliminate.
- Write a journal entry every day – you earn points and the AI prompt helps you reflect.
- Use the Kanban board for projects – move tasks as you progress.
- Switch themes (light/dark) to match your mood or time of day.

Can I use the planner on my phone?
Yes – the layout adapts to any screen size.
What happens if I clear my browser cache?
Your tasks and logs (except journal entries) will be lost. Journal entries are safe because they are saved to the website. For other data, avoid clearing local storage or export important tasks manually.
How do I earn points for journal entries?
Just write at least 50 characters and click “Save Entry”. If you haven’t earned points that day, you’ll see a success message with the points added.
Can I go back to a previous Ray/Turn and see my old tasks?
Yes – set the timeline dropdowns to the old values and click “Set Timeline”. The planner will show tasks and entries for that period.
Is my data private?
Yes – only you (and the site administrator) can see your journal entries. All other data stays in your browser.
