Customer License Terms (for calendar buyers)

KAGODORA CUSTOMER LICENSE

By purchasing or downloading any image from kagodora.com, you agree to this License.

1. Grant of Rights

We grant you a non‑exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the image as described below.

2. Permitted Uses

• Print & Digital: Calendars, books, magazines, websites, social media, advertisements.
• Product Packaging: Physical products (e.g., printed calendars) that incorporate the image.
• Limited Alterations: You may crop, resize, or overlay text, but you may not alter the image in a way that changes its fundamental character.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Sell, redistribute, or sublicense the image as a standalone file (e.g., on another stock site).
• Use the image in a logo, trademark, or business name.
• Use the image in a defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful manner.
• Use the image in a way that implies endorsement by the original creator or any depicted person.
• If the image is marked “Editorial Use Only”, you may not use it for commercial advertising or product merchandising.

4. No Unauthorized Sharing

You may share the image only as part of your final product (e.g., a printed calendar). You may not share the digital file with third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Images are provided “AS IS”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, accuracy, or non‑infringement. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of an image, including model or property release issues. You assume all risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this License shall not exceed the amount you paid for the image.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your prohibited use of an image.

8. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the image.
