MasterpieceFactory Kagodora Commercial Reproduction License

By purchasing this license, you (“Licensee”) agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

MasterpieceFactory grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and distribute up to the Authorized Quantity (the number of copies you purchased) of a single Kagodora design that you created using the Kagodora Builder.

2. Branding Requirements

• You must keep the Kagodora name and logo (where present) visible on the Kagodora.
• You may add your own branding, but the product must be clearly identified as a “Kagodora”.
• You may not remove, obscure, or alter the Mathorian Kagodora trademark or timeline layout.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or sublicensing the license itself.
• Using the design for illegal, defamatory, or pornographic content.
• Claiming copyright or design ownership of the Kagodora template elements.
• Producing more copies than the Authorized Quantity.

4. Term & Termination

This license continues until the Authorized Quantity is exhausted. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all unused copies.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The template is provided “AS IS”. We are not liable for any third‑party claims arising from your reproduction or sale. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for this license.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Commercial Reproduction License.
