1. Contributor Agreement (for image uploaders)

KAGODORA CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between you (“Contributor”) and [Your Company Name] (“Platform”). By uploading any image, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

You grant Platform a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, and sublicense your images to third parties (customers).
• Modify, resize, crop, or otherwise adapt images as needed for marketing or customer use.
• Use images in promotional materials for Platform.

2. Ownership

You retain full copyright ownership of your images. Platform does not claim ownership.

3. Moral Rights Waiver

You waive any moral rights (including rights to attribution or integrity) to the extent permitted by law, solely for the purpose of allowing customers to use images without additional restrictions.

4. Model & Property Releases

You warrant that:

• You have obtained a valid model release from any recognizable person in the image.
• You have obtained a valid property release for any private property or trademark shown.
• You will provide copies of releases upon request.

5. Representations & Warranties

You warrant that:

• You are the sole owner of the image.
• The image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right.
• The image is not unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Platform harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement.

7. Points & Royalties

• You will earn myCred points as described on the Platform (e.g., upload reward, royalty points when your image is used in a paid calendar).
• Points have no cash value unless converted under separate programs.

8. Termination

Platform may remove any image at any time for any reason. You may request removal of your images, but previously granted customer licenses will survive.
