Returns & Refunds policy
No-Nonsense Return Policy for Print-on-Demand
· Our print‑on‑demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.
· However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team (via admin@masterpiecefactory.com or through our contact page on Kagodora.com) and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Digital Products (sold via Kagodora.com and associated network sites)
· All Sales Final: No refunds once downloaded, accessed, or license key is activated.
· Defective Files: Report within 24 hours with proof (e.g., screenshot) for replacement.
Services & Subscriptions
· Non-Refundable: Completed work (e.g., design services).
· Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods.
No Exceptions
· Fraud Prevention: Abuse may result in being banned from future purchases on Kagodora.com and all network sites.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
